To investigate business needs and identify solutions through systematic analysis and project management, the role requires high-level competencies in business analysis, project management, IT communication/training, and client support. Responsibilities

• Business Process Mapping – Document and analyze business processes
• · Project Management – Support efficient and effective project delivery
• Solution Research and Report Preparation – Investigate solutions and compile reports
• Preparation of IT Communications – Develop and distribute IT-related communications
• Preparation of IT Training Material – Create training material and support master training
• Backup Support for IT Service Desk – Provide support when needed
• Systematic Business Analysis – Conduct analysis aligned with stakeholder needs
• General Administration – Carry out general administrative tasks as required
• Client Relationship Management – Maintain positive and professional client interactions

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma, or IS Certification, or at least 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role
